NEW & EXISTING CLIENTS
Online booking requests are always available, but please bear in mind that your appointment request is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us. You are also welcome to call 919-381-5342, or email [email protected] with your appointment inquiries. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Upon confirmation of your appointment, we will email you with a reminder of time and date. You will also receive text reminders at 2 days prior to your appointment time.

We require all clients (including gift card holders) to have a credit card on file at the time of booking.

WE REQUIRE 24-HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS

We require 24-hour notice to cancel individual appointments that are less than 2 hours in length, and 48 hours to cancel appointments for 2+ people, or that total 2+ hours. If you cancel within these timeframes, or fail to appear for an appointment, we will charge you 100% of the treatment price. Fees will be automatically applied to your credit card on-file.
