Fertility Massage

This non-invasive and deeply relaxing massage is designed to enhance a woman’s reproductive health by breaking up both physical and energetic stagnation to increase blood flow to the reproductive organs, balance hormones and calm the nervous system. It involves the use of a castor oil pack and massage on the abdomen, as well as energetic work, reflexology and a special mix of essential oils that support reproductive health. Overall, fertility massage aims to create an optimal environment for conception, and to support the body’s natural fertility process. Please Note: Fertility massage should only be booked between the end of your period and the beginning of ovulation, (or, if you are using assisted methods of conception, when there is not even the slightest chance that you are already pregnant.)

Prenatal Massage

Experience one of our therapists’ favorite treatments, Prenatal Massage. Designed to offer expectant mothers safe and effective relief from pregnancy-related discomfort by relieving shoulder and back pain, helping to loosen tight hips, improve circulation, reduce swelling and relieve tension. When booking, please alert us to the number of weeks pregnant you will be at the time of your appointment. If fewer than 12 weeks pregnant, please provide a note from your doctor approving massage therapy.

Women’s Wellness Massage

Relax into this deeply calming and nurturing experience is designed to support women’s hormonal health, reinforce awareness of the mind-body connection, reset the nervous system and encourage a blissful balance. Oncology Massage

Designed to meet the unique and changing needs of someone undergoing, or with a history of cancer treatment. This is a safe massage that revolves around the side effects of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. Your massage therapist is trained and can adapt to suit your needs – no matter where you are on your journey through cancer. We are here to support you.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)

A specialized technique, MLD is designed to gently promote the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. It involves gentle, rhythmic movements to move lymph from your tissues to your lymph nodes. This gentle technique has a powerful effect on the body by easing swelling in tissues, ridding the body of toxins, and boosting the immune system. MLD is commonly used to treat conditions like lymphedema, post surgery swelling and a variety of skin conditions.

MLD is relaxing, soothing, calming, but it’s NOT going to work out your knots. This technique is designed to stimulate tiny vessels just below the skin, so don’t expect the manipulation of muscle associated with therapeutic massage. Microneedling

Microneedling is an advanced service that delivers innovative techniques and powerful, professional-grade actives to refine the look of pores, reduce the appearance of dark spots, diminish lines and wrinkles, and improve the appearance of acne scars. This is a minimally invasive procedure that creates controlled micro-injuries to stimulate the body’s natural wound-healing process, and trigger collagen and elastin synthesis.
